Pretty In Pink

Wanting their kitchen to be beautiful and unique, it was evident that these clients were kindred spirits. Even more so, they shared a fearless approach to the use of colour and statement pieces.

True marble hero

When they clapped eyes on some gorgeous marble, it was love at first sight. The stunning stone was destined to be the absolute hero of the new space.

Marble was mirrored along the back bench and also in the added display shelf.

For a contemporary aesthetic, white and wood-grain cabinetry  continued through to the highly functional but equally beautiful mud room.

The metallic copper shadowline perfectly contrasts with both the stone and the cabinetry. This is a finishing touch that, along with the lights and the sink/tap combination, pulls the entire colour palette together.

Dessert island appeal

The island features exquisitely designed curves that add visual interest and a clear focal point for the kitchen.

The wooden bar stools are a lovely example of how the clients have dressed the space to perfection. So too the display items along the stone shelf, carefully placed and cleverly lit by gorgeous wall lights that illuminate the culinary masterpieces  created on the vast expanse of bench space.
